This Whatsapp group is dedicated to providing a safe, understanding, less triggering and non-judgmental environment where members can share their experiences of treatment and growth, find emotional support, and access helpful resources. Ages 18 and over are allowed to join.
We encourage women and queer individuals to join.

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
This Whatsapp group is a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals who are living with Borderline Personality Disorder. Our goal is to offer support, share experiences, and provide helpful resources to one another. Whether you’re seeking advice, need someone to talk to, or simply want to connect with others who understand, you’re in the right place. All ages can join. Women, men and queer individuals are encouraged to join. Those that do not have a formal diagnosis of BPD are not permitted to join.

Our mission is to provide a support network for those already in the industry, fostering collective experiences, shared advice, and innovative discourse. We recognize the distinct roles each professional plays in creating change and transformation within mental health care, intervention and accessibility across South Africa. All ages can join. A formal diagnosis of PCOS must be given to be permitted in this group.
